The following
terms & conditions apply to Rhodes Weddings
-Once you accept
our estimate for your wedding package, we will need a 200 euro
deposit (non-refundable) and then we will make the reservation
with the registrar at the town hall or church and start planning
your
special day.
- A 50% deposit will need to be paid no later than 6 weeks
before your arrival date to Rhodes.
- An appointment will be made to meet with our wedding
coordinator when you arrive in Rhodes. Your wedding details will
be discussed and any adjustments will be made if possible. The
wedding package balance needs
to be paid to our wedding coordinator one day after your
appointment.
- If a reservation needs to be cancelled:
Rhodes Weddings will try to make other arrangements for you, if
possible.
All cancellations must be sent to Rhodes Weddings in writing, by
e-mail, fax or post and will be effective from the date we
receive the
cancellation notice. The following refunds will be given in case
of a cancellation:
1-2 weeks before your arrival date No refund on your deposit
4 weeks before your arrival date 30% refund on your deposit
6 weeks before your arrival date 40% refund on your deposit
Please note that the 200 euro deposit needed to make a
reservation is non- refundable.
- It is your responsibility to make sure you have all legal
papers that are required and they are correct and valid.
